TITLE: SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
ABOUT THE JOB:
Seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing company. You will be the first line of contact, providing a high level of customer service and supporting the sales team. Duties include maintaining customer relations, documenting all actions, and supporting the sales/ordering process such as quoting, order confirmation, and status. You will also work with other departments (shipping, accounting, engineering) to support the sales process and complete administrative functions.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate Degree preferred and a minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in a Senior CSR role.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Strictly maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong people skills to interact effectively and professionally with all customer types and other departments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills combined with a thorough understanding of the sales process.
- Performs well under deadlines and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
