Position Summary Meritain Health an Aetna/CVS affiliate has multiple openings for Sr. Customer Service Representatives in our permanent work from home role
$19.50/hr . wage to support our Florida office.
This is a work from home position for Florida, Schedule- 7:55am-7:30pm Mon-Fri This position handles customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet or written correspondence. Customer inquiries are of basic and routine nature.
• Handle incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits and eligibility, PPO participation, etc
• Maintain department established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level
• Work together as a team and apply the Aetna Core Values in day-to-day operations

Required Qualifications• Call center and Medical Terminology/insurance experience
• Experience working in a production environment.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $38.82
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
