Our client, a leading nonprofit organization that sponsors donor-advised funds, is seeking a Senior Client Marketing Manager for a direct-hire opportunity. They are seeking a strategic and experienced marketer to lead high-level marketing initiatives and drive client engagement and growth. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a proven track record in client marketing strategy, team leadership, and nonprofit marketing. The successful candidate will report directly to the C-suite and play a key role in shaping and executing our client marketing vision.
Job Title: Senior Client Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid - 2 days/week onsite (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
Reports to: Chief Communication Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 4+ marketing professionals, with the opportunity to scale the team.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Own the client marketing function, including content strategy, campaign execution, public relations, and partnerships.
- Executing high-level marketing strategy and owning client marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, Client Services, and Strategy teams.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party marketing partners.
- Allocate and optimize marketing budgets aligned with strategic goals.
- Ensure all marketing materials meet brand and legal standards.
- Report on marketing performance and provide insights to inform future strategies.
- Actively contribute to organizational leadership and strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of progressive marketing experience, including brand strategy and content development.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience managing teams and marketing operations.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence at the executive level.
- Demonstrated success in nonprofit marketing strategy and growth is required.

- Experience in donor-focused organizations.
- Proven ability to lead strategic marketing operations and manage vendors.
- High comfort level with ambiguity and evolving organizational needs.
- A blend of Non-Profit and Enterprise experience is preferred.
