We are seeking experienced Product Strategy & Operations Manager for the Ads Creative & Ecosystem Monetization team. In this role, you will focus on building products that empower advertisers with actionable insights through advanced creative methodologies, such as creative measurement and influencer marketing strategies, to enhance performance. You will collaborate cross-functionally to improve ad effectiveness, enhance marketing measurement, and drive innovation in the creative and influencer marketing space. Strong expertise in Product Operations capabilities is required, along with a deep understanding of media and creator strategy, data analysis, and measurement.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Science and Industry Operations teams to research influencer marketing strategies and measurement frameworks for clients segmentation, driving market education and strategy dissemination to maximize marketing effectiveness.
- Work with the Product team to explore innovative methodologies for influencer marketing and ad placement, and drive the development of native advertising products, including tools for ad placement, insights, and diagnostics.
- Partner with Product, Data Science, and User teams to define standards for high-quality influencers and content, optimize traffic distribution for commercial content, and enhance platform ecosystem health and user experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial product operations or industry operations, with a deep understanding of influencer marketing, platform ad placement mechanisms, and brand advertising strategies.
- Proven experience in end-to-end product strategy development and value measurement, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Strong project management skills, capable of efficiently coordinating internal and external resources in a global business environment and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Direct experience with influencer and creator marketing, ad delivery systems, creative strategy, or media platform products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with creative tools and platforms, content management systems, and advertising platforms, with a focus on optimizing content for various digital channels.
- Experience in audience research, data analysis, and large language model (LLM) content understanding
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a global business environment.
