Key Responsibilities:

Managing Enrollment and Counseling Activities:

  • Oversee and contribute to activities leading to student enrollment.
  • Analyze and forecast market demand and student admission trends.
  • Provide personalized guidance to students about educational opportunities and admissions.
  • Conduct individual and group presentations to promote services and offerings.

Institutional Outreach and Partnerships:

  • Build relationships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions in the Mumbai region.
  • Identify and negotiate partnership opportunities for long-term collaborations.
  • Represent the organization at events, fairs, and meetings to strengthen institutional ties.

Event Management and Representation:

  • Organize and participate in events such as trade shows, education fairs, open houses, webinars, and information sessions.
  • Plan and execute outreach initiatives to attract students and engage institutions.

Lead and Database Management:

  • Maintain and manage databases for leads and prospective clients.
  • Develop strategies for effective lead engagement and conversion.

Brand and Touchpoint Management:

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility through campaigns and outreach initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent and professional communication across all touchpoints.

Team Leadership and Regional Management:

  • Oversee operations within the Mumbai region, ensuring smooth execution of counseling sessions, events, and partnerships.
  • Build and lead a small team to scale outreach efforts effectively.
  • Monitor and report on regional performance, including key metrics like student engagement and partnership success.

Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:

  • Presentable, with a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and at least two regional languages (Marathi and Hindi) preferred.
  • Sales and persuasion skills with an ability to quickly develop rapport.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with prospective clients and institutional partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, interconnected work environment.
  • Proficiency in prioritizing, organizing, and maintaining lead and client records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • At least three to five years of relevant work experience is preferred.
