About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Counsel with a focus on public sector compliance to lead legal initiatives in the international public sector business. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of key activities, including drafting and negotiating public sector customer agreements, overseeing compliance with US and international public sector requirements, and developing and implementing compliance programs to meet government contracting laws. This role requires a proactive legal professional with a deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations, the ability to conduct risk assessments, and a strong background in public sector compliance and government contracts. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, at least 12 years of legal experience, and a proven track record in developing and implementing effective compliance programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skill set, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. A self-starter with the ability to provide sound legal judgment in ambiguous situations is essential. Preferred qualifications include an active U.S. government security clearance or eligibility for clearance and experience working directly with government entities or in a similar regulatory environment within the technology sector.
