About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Counsel with a focus on M&A to join its legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all legal aspects of global M&A transactions, including negotiations, deal structuring, and post-closing integration. This role requires the ability to provide expert legal guidance and business-focused advice to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
