About the Role The Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Counsel to enhance their dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the U.S. Federal and State & Local Education (SLED) teams, focusing on public sector transactions and government contracts. We are looking for a seasoned legal professional who holds a J.D. from an accredited law school, has active bar membership, and possesses at least 10 years of legal experience, primarily in public sector transactions. Proficiency in government procurement processes, including various contract types, along with a robust understanding of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks relevant to the public sector, is essential.
As Senior Counsel, you will lead the negotiation and drafting of customer agreements with government agencies, offer strategic guidance on procurement rules, and ensure compliance with diverse regulatory requirements. The role provides an exceptional opportunity to navigate complex legal landscapes and collaborate effectively with internal teams, government stakeholders, and external counsel.
