The Washington, D.C. office of a global powerhouse corporation is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join their dynamic legal team. In this exciting and ever-changing role, you will have the opportunity to maintain corporate entities, support large transactions, review key documents, and serve as a crucial communicator between your team and various stakeholders. If you are a collaborative, problem-solving individual with prior corporate experience in a law firm setting, this could be the role for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, resolutions, filings and agreements.
  • Prepare and maintain meeting materials and oversee document organization.
  • Maintain contract databases while staying informed regarding various obligations and ensuring compliance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the legal team, communicating with internal and external parties.
  • Assist with project management, deadline tracking, and corporate transactions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degreed. You currently hold a four-year degree. Candidates who possess a paralegal certification or JD is a plus.
  • Established. You have at least eight (8) or more years of experience working in a corporate legal environment.
  • Calm and collected. You have excellent organizational and time management skills and can balance competing interests smoothly.
  • Personable. You thrive in a collaborative environment and pride yourself on your ability to foster strong working relationships.
  • Professional. You exercise sound judgment, maintain discretion with sensitive information, and conduct yourself with professionalism at all times.
