A well-established, Houston-based boutique business law firm is seeking a Senior Business Transactional Attorney to expand its growing transactional practice. The firm serves a diverse client base including entrepreneurs, privately held companies, and investors across a wide range of industries. Key Responsibilities:

  • ️ Lead and manage complex business transactions, including M&A, restructurings, and governance matters
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on a range of corporate and commercial legal issues
  • Generate and maintain a personal book of business ( $1M+ annually)
  • Develop and leverage referral networks (ideally with large firm lawyers)
  • Provide leadership and potentially oversee junior attorneys
  • Contribute to firm-wide strategy and business development initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Licensed in Texas with 10+ years in corporate/transactional law
  • Deep experience in M&A, corporate structuring, and business transactions
  • ️ Strong reputation in the Houston legal and business community
  • Proven ability to originate and sustain client relationships
  • Business development mindset with an entrepreneurial approach
  • Leadership and mentoring capabilities
