Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Corporate Financial Analyst to lead the financial planning, analysis, and performance management of our various business lines. This role plays a key part in shaping financial strategy, improving operational efficiency, and supporting executive decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings deep financial expertise, business acumen, and strong leadership capabilities to drive cross-functional initiatives and support long-term company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial analysis and planning for all company business units, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership across departments to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Analyze financial performance by business line, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Deliver detailed, actionable insights through dashboards, presentations, and executive-level reports.
- Drive improvements in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ROI evaluations for strategic initiatives.
- Support M&A evaluations, pricing strategies, and capital investment decisions.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data used in planning and reporting.
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders by providing financial guidance and operational support.
- Lead or mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in financial planning and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 4-8 years of progressive financial analysis experience, ideally in a multi-business-line or corporate environment.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with financial software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Adaptive Insights, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional initiatives or teams.
