About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join its dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of corporate and securities matters, including but not limited to, '33 and '34 Act reporting and compliance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, equity plan compliance, and executive compensation disclosure. This role requires a results-driven, client-focused individual with a pragmatic approach and strong legal competencies. The Senior Corporate Counsel will also be expected to handle securities law compliance, support various business functions as a legal advisor, maintain compliance programs, and track regulatory developments. The position demands a high level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Applicants for the Senior Corporate Counsel position at the company should have a JD with at least one state bar membership and a minimum of 4 years' of corporate and securities experience in a law firm and/or in-house environment. The role calls for a candidate with excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to provide practical legal advice. A proactive, enthusiastic, and innovative approach, coupled with exceptional attention to detail, is essential. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining professional relationships at all levels. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and the ability to work with senior-level and peer-level colleagues is a must.
