Job Details- Design and commission PLC/HMI-based automation systems using GE Fanuc, Siemens, or Allen-Bradley
- Develop electrical schematics via AutoCAD Electrical and manage full control system documentation
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts
- Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA79, UL, and ISO standards
- Collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams to innovate control strategies and improve production efficiency
- Maintain BOMs, safety systems, and start-up procedures
- Occasional travel (10%) to support project commissioning and optimization
What you need:
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of controls/electrical experience in manufacturing environments
- Proficiency with PLCs (GE Fanuc, Siemens, AB RS500) and HMI tools (Panelview, WinCC, Wonderware)
- Skilled in AutoCAD Electrical and VB/LabVIEW programming
- Knowledge of OSHA, NEC, NFPA79, and machine safety compliance
