We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for performing full life-cycle Contract Management for a large portfolio of high value contracts. Active US Government Top Secret security clearance required. Sign-on Bonus: Up to $25,000 Specific Responsibilities: Lead negotiation activities for major proposals
Analyze and negotiate contracts received from the government and industry prime customers identifying areas of risk and developing negotiation strategies
Support functional areas (i.e. Legal, Business Development, Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain etc.) by providing contract advice in support of proposals, agreements and other activities as required Experience/Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
Extensive knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements
Have demonstrated experience working both directly with US government acquisition organizations and as a supplier to the major aerospace prime contractors
Extensive experience negotiating terms and conditions
Have a working knowledge of FFP/FPIF/ CPAF/CPIF/CPFF/T&M and hybrid contract types Have a working knowledge of DPAS Regulations
Be proficient in Microsoft Office products as well as business systems (i.e. SAP)
Possess excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with various functional groups at all levels, both internal and external
