Senior Contract Recruiter
At IKS Health, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is essential to our strategic mission of identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to drive business success.
The ideal candidate will be a recruiter with strong relationship management skills, particularly in partnering with hiring managers to deliver market insights and high-impact hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, provide consultative guidance, and manage relationships throughout the recruiting process.
- Develop and execute strategic, innovative recruiting and sourcing plans tailored to specific client groups.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse, highly qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
- Conduct interviews for active roles and pipeline development, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Effectively negotiate and extend offers to selected candidates.
- Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and challenges, offering solutions to address hiring roadblocks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Payor / Provider, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or Value-Based Care (VBC), or Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT), HealthTech, MedTech, preferably in acute and/or ambulatory settings.
- Demonstrated ability to engage executive and leadership-level talent.
- Expertise in proactive sourcing, data mining, and candidate generation.
- Strong background in managing hiring manager relationships and delivering consultative recruitment support.
- Prior experience in a recruitment agency or search firm is highly desirable.
