Implement highly complex SAP Payroll and other HCM systems using ABAP Web Dynpro, SAP Portal, Adobe interactive forms, and related technology. Configure and implement SAP and SuccessFactors solutions for HR/Human Capital Management functionalities and modules and ensure integration with external systems. Lead gathering and analysis of functional and technical user needs and software requirements. Design and develop SAP and SuccessFactors solutions and complete SAP and SuccessFactors implementations within project deadlines. Perform duties of solution architect to design a complete end-to-end solution. Map business processes for SAP and SuccessFactors Payroll Implementations and develop business blueprints for functional areas. Conduct gap analyses and evaluations of out-of-scope items and recommend customized solutions within SAP and the SuccessFactors software suite to meet clients business needs. Conduct workflow analysis to assess the different scenarios available, as well as the distinctive SAP capabilities to be offered. Develop and recommend functional and technical design improvements to the clients existent system to meet the current and future needs of the organization. Utilize SAP Implementation Management Guide (IMG) to configure functional settings to implement newly developed solutions that effectively fulfill each clients business requirements. Configure SAP Payroll schemes, features, functions, and tables for configuration and design and configure wage-types, concurrent employment, and time-payroll integration solutions. Perform all levels of testing including unit testing, integration testing, mock cut-overs, and regression testing. Document configuration settings using industry-standard products. Interpret technical and scientific language and create non-technical, linguistically appropriate, user-friendly training materials and end-user documentation. Prepare and provide status reports on project tasks and activities. Provide demonstrations and presentations to support project needs. Assist on internal projects, initiatives, service offerings, proposals, and other activities. Train client power and end-users with system support and training needs after go-live and resolve defects or issues with newly implemented HR solutions.

Requires two years of experience as a SAP Consultant in a leading or managerial role leading the design, implementation and overseeing full-end-to-end development of SAP SuccessFactors HR solutions. Must have demonstrated expertise in leading 4 full life cycle HCM system implementation of large-scale projects involving system architectures, integration and customization.

Requires U.S. Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in any field. Employer considers three-or four-year degrees acceptable.
