Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Setting up construction projects, the information, systems entries, and circulation of General Contractor contracts for review, approval, and execution.
- Maintain job files and handle WIPs
- Estimate and review request Budgets and SOV's and enter in system
- Track, review, and process Orders
- Prepare monthly AIA invoices, lien waivers, and related compliance documents.
- Monthly billing revisions
- Monitor gross profit and underbillings on monthly and job-to-date basis
- Record and post company cash receipts
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance related field.
- 6+ years of Construction/Project Accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work in-office
