Salary: $137,900 - $147,900 annually Position Overview: The Senior Configuration Management Analyst will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) under the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. This role serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Configuration Management (CM), developing, implementing, and maintaining processes in alignment with EIA-649C standards and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices using CAMEO. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain CLAW Configuration Management (CM) processes and procedures.
• Serve as a SME in all CM domains:
• CM Planning and Management (CMP&M)
• Configuration Identification
• Configuration Change Management (CCM)
• Configuration Status Accounting (CSA)
• Configuration Verification and Audit (CV&A)
• Establish and maintain enterprise-level CM and Change Management standards.
• Maintain and update CM documentation including CM Plans, SOPs, and technical baselines.
• Coordinate with other IRES task orders to standardize CM principles across the program.
• Support exercises and events with CM expertise as needed.
• Mentor and train CLAW personnel, contractors, and leadership in CM principles.
• Identify program improvement areas using metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with other CM Analysts to support high-priority projects and taskers. Required Qualifications:
• Education & Experience (one of the following):
• HS Diploma + 14 years
• Associate's degree + 12 years
• Bachelor's degree + 10 years
• Master's degree + 8 years
• 8+ years of directly related Configuration Management experience.
• 2+ years in a CM leadership or SME role.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance. Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in a technical field.
• Experience with Risk Management and/or Quality Assurance.
• Familiarity with Space Domain or IT Operations.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level I Certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+).
