Job Title: Senior Configuration Management Analyst No. of Vacancies: 1 Department: C2BMC Labs and Warfighters (CLAW) Line Manager: Robin Foe Location: Schriever SFB Clearance Level: Active DoD Secret Security Clearance Salary: This position is expected to pay $137,900 - $147,900 annually Start Date: 15 May 25 Essential Duties: The Senior Configuration Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. - Create and maintain a C2BMC Labs and Warfighters (CLAW) Configuration Management process and procedures in accordance with EIA-649C standards. - Effectively implement Configuration Management (CM) as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) function across CLAW, to include: CM Planning and Management (CMP&M) Configuration Identification Configuration Change Management (CCM) Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) Configuration Verification and Audit (CV&A) Configuration Management Processes and Procedures Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) process using CAMEO - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in establishing and maintaining Technical Baselines comprised of requirements, architectural, and engineering baselines. Knowledge of Data Staging Procedures and CM Tools - Establish and implement Enterprise-level Configuration Management and Change Management processes, procedures, and standards. - Coordinate efforts with other task orders and personnel to standardize Configuration Management principles. - Drive a team-oriented focused on building strong relationships across the program for a more integrated approach across IRES and other task orders. - Provide Test/Event support as needed for key exercises and events. - Collaborate with all CLAW Team Leads and Subject Matter Experts and IRES organizations to integrate Configuration Management principles across the program. - Collaborate with fellow IRES CM Analysts to refine focus and provide additional support for high priority projects and taskers. Maintain CM documentation (e.g., Organizational drawings, CM Plan, CM procedures, Standard Operating Procedures) and conduct reviews and updates as necessary to all enclave documentation. - Ability to establish and define metrics and Key Performance Indicators (PKI) to identify areas of improvement on the Configuration Management program. - Effectively manage tasks and timelines with the ability to deliver quality results on schedule. - Experience in Configuration Management and Change Management Training to the CLAW Organization Contractors as well as Senior Leaders, STIM's and COTRs. Essential Qualifications / Certifications: Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 14 years of general experience; Associate degree and 12 years of general experience; Bachelor's degree and 10 years of general experience; Master's degree and 8 years of general experience. - Active DoD Secret Security Clearance. - Have 8 years of directly related experience. - Have 2 years of experience in management or leadership role as a Subject Matter Expert in Configuration Management. Subject Matter Expert in the following: CM Planning and Management (CMP&M) Configuration Identification Configuration Change Management (CCM) Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) Configuration Verification and Audit (CV&A) Configuration Management Processes and Procedures Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) process using CAMEO Preferred but Not Essential Criteria (Experience, Qualifications, Certifications): - Technical Master's Degree - Risk Management experience - Quality Assurance Experience - Space Domain and/or IT Operations experience - Current DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification (Security+ CE, CySA, etc.) or higher
