Job Description:

In this pivotal role, you will provide essential audit support to ensure enterprise compliance with current policies and oversight requirements. You will assist in fulfilling data handling obligations under various policy and legal authorities, including the Attorney General Guidelines, partner agency information sharing agreements, and security protocols, ensuring adherence to these vital standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop requirements for data oversight and auditing solutions for IT system datasets.
  • Create a repository for key information using SharePoint.
  • Compile findings and establish a reporting framework (including advanced Excel constructs and PowerPoint) for both standard and ad hoc reports.
  • Design requirements for automated compliance oversight processes concerning new datasets and/or emerging technologies.
  • Coordinate technical investigations and audits of IT systems or application logs related to data-handling compliance incidents (e.g., late deletions and unauthorized access), summarizing investigative results in a clear format for stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing innovative data-handling compliance plans and facilitate dialogue among relevant customer stakeholder groups.
  • Create methods, documents, and procedures to guide the proper usage of data.
  • Update existing data-handling compliance training materials and create new content reflecting changes in requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in coordinating and supporting enterprise-level policy and legal authority matters.
  • Advanced expertise in Excel and SharePoint is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating audits and developing comprehensive reports.
  • Experience formulating recommendations in alignment with established guidelines.
  • Familiarity with government management coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree with 8 or more years of relevant experience; additional experience may be substituted for education.
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required.

Pay Range: Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
