Synertex is seeking a Senior Competencies and Performance Coordinator to work with a Government Intelligence Community client in Bethesda, MD. Required Clearance: TS/SCI with a Polygraph RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide strategic workforce planning expertise to the US Intelligence Community (IC) with a focus on workforce modernization and mobility. Develop and implement with IC partners career path roadmaps for specific IC professions; re-evaluate roadmaps as needed. Develop methods to formalize professions and identify measures to track progress of these efforts. Organize and facilitate interagency community of practice quarterly meetings Create competency models and identify developmental or training activities by proficiency level. Collaborate with IC subject matter experts and working groups on human capital priorities. Develop workforce upskilling strategies. Refine and update content in IC-wide competencies library. Consult on best practices in workforce analysis. Advise IC agencies on human capital policy, the workforce of the future, and other long-term goals. Conduct data-driven research and analysis. REQUIREMENTS: Experience developing core and leadership competency models. Experience conducting skills-gap analysis and developing upskilling strategies. Experience planning and implementing career paths. Strategic workforce planning experience. Expertise related to advancing foundational competencies in AI within workforce(s). Microsoft Office proficiency. DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Human resource process improvement experience. Organizational change management experience. Previous experience leading communities of practice and/or working groups. Strategic communications. EDUCATION: Requires a BS/BA with 18+ years, a MS/MA with 10+ years or no degree and 24+ years of experience.
