Description


  • Analyze, design, and administer compensation programs including base pay, incentive plans, and salary structures

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure compensation practices are competitive and aligned with business goals

  • Support annual compensation processes including merit, bonus, and equity reviews

  • Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on compensation data and trends

  • Support benefits administration and assist in evaluating programs for cost-effectiveness and competitiveness

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws


Profile


  • 4+ years of experience in compensation and/or benefits

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HR systems

  • Solid understanding of compensation best practices and market trends

  • Ability to communicate effectively with HR, finance, and business leaders

  • Experience with benefits administration a plus
