Senior Community Manager to oversee a portfolio of 10 community associations in the Chicago area.

What You'll Do:- Serve as the go-to liaison between Boards, residents, vendors, and internal teams
- Oversee daily operations, budgets, maintenance, and building staff
- Conduct site inspections, negotiate contracts, and manage capital projects
- Guide and support Boards with insights, compliance, and communication
- Handle resident issues with professionalism and care
What We're Looking For:- 1+ year of property management experience (Chicago experience = a bonus)
- Illinois CAM license required
- Strong communicator with great organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- CMCA certification is a plus
