Senior Paralegal - Commercial Litigation
Location: Midtown Manhattan (100% On-Site)
Salary: $70,000+ (Based on Experience)

Our client, a dynamic Midtown Manhattan law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to support its team of four attorneys in complex state and federal commercial litigation matters. This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility and autonomy, making it an excellent opportunity for an aspiring lawyer looking to gain valuable litigation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case & Document Management: Organize, maintain, and manage litigation files using NetDocuments.
- Discovery Support: Assist with document production, review, and analysis.
- Legal Research & Writing: Conduct research using Westlaw and draft legal memoranda.
- Drafting & Filing: Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents; handle e-filing in state and federal courts.
- Trial Preparation: Assist attorneys with deposition prep, trial exhibits, and case strategy.
- Billing & Timekeeping: Utilize Timeslips for accurate billing and case tracking.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years as a litigation paralegal, ideally in complex commercial litigation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required (Paralegal certificate preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in NetDocuments, Timeslov, Westlaw, and e-filing platforms.
- Work Style: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be open to overtime as needed.
