Sr. Commercial MDM Analyst
Our client is seeking a Senior Commercial MDM Analyst to play a key role in the stewardship of commercial master data, with a strong focus on customer-related data, including critical attributes for accounts, payers, and affiliations. As part of the Commercial Data Management Team, this role will collaborate closely with field operations, analytics, IT, sales, and other data-centric teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and quality of commercial master data with an emphasis on customer data.
- Independently conduct regular data quality assessments, proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor data requests and workflows, providing hands-on support throughout the lifecycle.
- Participate actively in meetings related to CRM, MDM, and Sales Reporting systems.
- Gather business and technical requirements and develop reports using tools such as SQL, CRM platforms, and MDM systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in Master Data Management and Data Quality rather than traditional analytics. The successful candidate will be highly skilled in SQL and have experience working with IQVIA data sets. Familiarity with AWS, Snowflake, and Tableau is also essential.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Master Data Management and Data Quality initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (non-negotiable).
- Familiarity with IQVIA data sets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Veeva CRM and/or Informatica MDM.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial datasets such as IQVIA OneKey, Xponent/PlanTrak, DDD, Claims Data, Formulary Data, and Specialty Pharmacy Data.
Location: Waltham, MA (ONSITE 2-3 days per week)
