Job Description:
A well-established law firm is seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and real estate litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation attorney who is looking to take on a leadership role and mentor junior attorneys while managing high-profile cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including business disputes, real estate litigation, and contract enforcement.
• Manage all phases of litigation, from pre-trial discovery through trial and appeals.
• Conduct depositions, prepare motions, and draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients, including risk assessments and potential outcomes.
• Lead a team of junior attorneys and support staff, providing guidance and oversight.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school in Alabama.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial litigation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven trial experience in commercial litigation, with a track record of successful case outcomes.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to oversee a team of attorneys.
• Excellent analytical, legal research, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing a high-volume caseload.
