Role: Senior Commercial Legal Counsel
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft a variety of complex business contracts
- Review contracts to ensure they meet legal standards and internal policies
- Collaborate with business teams and senior leadership to negotiate terms and develop creative solutions that facilitate business objectives while ensuring compliance
Qualifications:
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in at least one US state
- 10+ years of relevant legal experience, including in-house roles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Technology industry experience preferred.
Salary range: $220,000 - $300,000
Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
