Senior Engineer - Coffee Machines
Salary: Up to 42,000
Work will be mainly located within M25 Region.
A renowned client serving caf s, businesses, and home brewers through their wholesale platform and e-commerce store is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Engineer to lead their engineering department, which services customers' coffee equipment. This position is based in East London.
Role Overview: The Lead Engineer will be responsible for driving growth, development, and profitability within the engineering department. This role involves coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service for wholesale clients, and mentoring a technical support representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the engineering department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Drive growth and profitability within the department.
- Coordinate daily operations and provide exceptional customer service.
- Mentor and develop the technical support representative.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant engineering experience in the coffee industry and with related machinery.
- Excellent technical knowledge of coffee-related machinery ideally traditional coffee machines
- Proficient IT and computer skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Strong teamwork and organisational skills.
- Ability to support an trainee engineer.
- A full, clean driving licence.
