Your role in our mission Take a close look at some of the details that contribute to Gainwell's industry-leading tools and technologies in this challenging position.
- Code, test, debug, implement and document moderately complex programs
- Analyze, design, and write specs and reqs from which we develop and code programs
- Evaluate existing systems and programs; assist project the manager in assigning tasks and work closely with a team
- Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects, validate program requirements and resolve issues that arise
- Design system components and delegate responsibilities to team members
- Participates in code reviews
- Prepares and executes unit tests
- Participates as a member of development team
- Perform unit design
- Configures end-user or enterprise systems
- Applies company and 3rd party technologies to software solutions of moderate complexity
- Motivated and innovative individual
- Must understand mainframe integration with modern technology
What we're looking for - 6+ years of programming experience with COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, ICEMAN, IDCAMS, EZTrieve, and Expeditor
- Must have CICS hands on experience creating MAPS
- ISPW and Control-M is a plus.
- Perform unit design and configures end-user or enterprise systems
- Healthcare IT systems experience is desired

- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required

The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
