Senior Cloud System Architect with Security Clearance

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Cloud System Architect to join our team. Collaborate with a Government customer to migrate operational mission capabilities from on-premises hardware to AWS Cloud compute infrastructure. The candidate must have demonstrable experience assisting in the implementation and support of large-scale cloud systems and services on AWS, from application rehosting to Cloud Native re-architecting. Core technologies and experience include microservices, containers, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and DevOps practices. Skill sets to be successful: Ability to collaboration with multiple stakeholders on the planning, architecture, design, and implementation of AWS well-architected solutions Collaborated with external stakeholders on System Security Plans (SSP), accreditation, and cot optimization Knowledge and experience with AWS managed services, Cloud frameworks, and technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Istio, Terraform, GitLab) Requirements: -Nine (9) years of experience in software development/ engineering in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity -Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related discipline. Four (4) years of additional software development experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. -Must possess one active mid-level or advanced cloud certification (i.e. AWS, Azure, OpenStack). -Development experience with both Linux and Windows workloads using cloud technologies with automation including Amazon Cloudformation, OpsWorks, Ansible, Chef, and Docker. -Demonstrated experience writing software scripts using languages such as Perl, Python, or Ruby. Security clearance TS/SCI w/ poly required.
