- Infrastructure Security:Harden systems, applications, and networks to protect against emerging threats.
- Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to implement secure configurations and practices across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Security Governance Support:Assist the CISO in enforcing security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Provide technical insights for regulatory compliance efforts, audits, and risk assessments (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
- QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, GCIH, CEH, OSCP) are highly desirable.
- Experience:5+ years of hands-on experience in security operations, incident response, and threat management.
- Strong background in network security, system hardening, and application security.
- Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare is a plus.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, LogRhythm) and EDR solutions.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Expertise in firewalls, IDS/IPS, and cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
