Senior Cloud Security Architect supporting the SABRE program at Hanscom AFB, MA. This opportunity will be part of a future contract pending award announcement.

Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary liaison for enterprise-level boundary defense initiatives, ensuring the correct identification and application of relevant cybersecurity controls in accordance with agency and NIST security guidelines.
- Oversee compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement security measures for cloud-based solutions that align with government requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to security architects and engineers.
- Create and enforce security standards and best practices for cloud infrastructure within AWS and FedRAMP+ environments.
- Assess new cloud security technologies and common services, recommending their adoption as needed.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud security solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement secure cloud-based solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and vendors to ensure alignment with security requirements.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of NIST security standards and relevant Federal and DoD policies.
- Lead initiatives ensuring that security practices are integrated into the overall software development lifecycle, including continuous monitoring and incident response readiness.
Clearance Required: Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud security; additional experience may substitute for degree.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- 2+ years of experience within a DoD or Federal Government context.
- Hands-on experience with AWS public cloud providers in FedRAMP+ settings.
- Compliance with DoDI 8570.01/8140.02 IASAE Level III Certification or IASAE II aiming for IASAE III.
- Extensive knowledge of DoD Cloud Computing SRG v1 R4 (or later), DISA STIGs, and cloud security best practices.
- Expertise in identity and access management, encryption methodologies, and network security solutions.
- Experience in implementing cloud security policies, continuous monitoring, and automation of compliance.
- Strong grasp of zero-trust architecture, hybrid cloud security, and security operations (SecOps).
Preferred Qualifications: - CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional)
- AWS Security Specialty Certification
- Experience applying zero-trust architecture (ZTA) in DoD environments.
- Familiarity with NSA CNSSP 125 & DISA Cloud Provisional Authorization processes.

Salary Range: Salary Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
