Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to help us develop the next generation of data analysis tools and infrastructure for our Award-Winning Accident Repair Network. Our mission is to create tools and technology that enable our teams to restore customers to normal. The candidate will report to our Platform Manager and assist with our bespoke, award-winning IT system. This role is fundamental to our growth and success.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer, you will support and enable the Microsoft Technology Stack through IT Change management, troubleshoot IT problems following ITIL v4 guidelines in a secure environment. You will support our technical environment, which includes Microsoft technologies, Meraki, SaaS solutions (including our proprietary workshop management system), and Single Sign-On (SSO). You should be passionate about technology and knowledgeable about business systems and solutions.
- Collaborate with the Systems Architect to design, implement, and maintain cloud and network solutions.
- Assist with IT Change and Problem Management, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Support IT governance, ensuring security best practices and disaster recovery plans are followed.
- Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving across various IT areas.
- Offer guidance and support to the wider IT team on infrastructure design and deployment.
- Report concerns, risks, and cyber incidents to the IT leadership team.
- Monitor system and device performance through logs and error reports.
- Work with the Helpdesk team to resolve incidents and process service requests effectively.
