Rate Range: $60-$65/Hr

Job Description:
  • We are seeking a Senior Cloud and AI Platform Engineer with expertise in on-prem Infrastructure setup.
Technical Skills:
  • This role focuses on optimizing chatbot infrastructure, ensuring system scalability, conducting load test and supporting Platform enhancement requests for AI-driven customer engagement.
  • Good hands-on experience in AWS Cloud migration, Kore.ai XO Platform, API Gateway implementation, Linux administration, Performance/load testing with JMETER and Platform enhancement support.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage on-prem Infrastructure for Kore.ai Bot builder.
  • Lead Migration of on-prem systems to AWS ensuring scalability and security.
  • Configure and optimize kore.ai XO Platform and Smart Assist features.
  • Implement API Gateways to enhance chatbot performance and Integrations.
  • Perform Linux administration, troubleshooting and system optimization.
  • Conduct load testing with JMeter for the Kore.ai Bot builder to assess System performance under different loads analyzing response times and recommend optimizations.
  • Support and Implement Platform enhancement requests, working closely with dev teams to improve chat bot capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure scaling, automation, security, and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
  • 8 Years of experience in on-prem Infrastructure setup, cloud migration.
  • 5 Years of experience AI Platform management
  • Strong Linux troubleshooting and Scripting skills.
  • Experience with JMTER for load testing including workflow testing, API performance analysis.
  • Knowledge on role-based access control, automation, and security best practices.
  • Ability to support and implement chatbot platform enhancements based on business and user needs.
