The Senior Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) is responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring behavioral treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related challenges. Key responsibilities include:
Supervising Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) and providing weekly training. Developing child-specific behavior plans and conducting assessments. Monitoring treatment effectiveness and modifying plans as needed. Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and parent training. Participating in meetings to discuss client progress. Qualifications include a BCBA certification, a Master's degree in a related field, and experience with children with autism. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in various settings, and physical capability to manage client interactions.
Pay range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year.
