SEBPO is seeking a high-performing Senior Client Success Manager to join our fast-paced, high-volume client success team. In this dynamic role, you'll manage key client relationships, lead daily client communications, and drive strategic initiatives that support long-term success.
We're looking for someone with a strong track record of title progression in client success roles, proven experience conducting business reviews, and expertise in identifying and resolving issues through root cause analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple high-value client accounts across industries
- Lead daily client calls and act as the primary point of contact
- Conduct annual business reviews and present performance insights
- Analyze client issues and lead root cause resolution initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional and global teams to deliver consistent value
- Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen client relationships
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of client success experience with demonstrated role progression
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Experience in BPO, digital services, creative, media, or similar industries is a plus
