Senior Client Service Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting Client Advisors by managing client accounts, executing transactions, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This position requires a strong client service mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments to meet client needs.
This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence three days per week in Sausalito, CA. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Manage account maintenance for new and existing clients, including documentation, compliance, and communication with custodians.
- Execute money transfers, facilitate trades, and handle ad hoc client requests.
- Collaborate with investment, accounting, and operations teams to support client needs.
- Generate reports and prepare materials for client meetings.
- Maintain and update client information in CRM (Salesforce).
- Lead and track key team projects to successful completion.
Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of client service or administrative experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a client-facing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Salesforce experience preferred.
- Series 65 certification is a plus.
