Our client is a well-established RIA in Pasadena, CA that is currently experiencing growth. The firm is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Senior Client Service Associate to join their team. An ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and exceptional knowledge of concierge services for High Net-Worth and Ultra High Net-Worth clients. The team operates at a fast pace and requires high-touch communication with clients, custodians, and internal departments.

Job Duties
  • Developing expertise in in firm technology and software tools and platforms within the first year of employment and ultimately assume firm-wide training responsibilities for these platforms
  • Building trusted, collaborative relationships with the custodian's operations teams to properly and accurately execute deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions
  • High-touch client service and daily use of the Schwab Advisor Portal
  • Maintain client relationships through pro-active communication and prompt responses to client requests and inquiries
  • Assist in the creation and production of materials needed for client meetings
  • Add and maintain current client data and documents in Client Management System
  • Schwab account onboarding
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of client reports
  • Assist in the preparation of client and prospect presentations
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the firm's client service processes

Job Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years' relevant experience with an RIA serving high net worth clients
  • Dedication to high standards and performing at best practice level
  • Ability to work through questions and concerns collaboratively Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with office programs, Orion, Redtail CRM, and Schwab custodial platform
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and follow up skills
  • Solutions and customer service oriented

Compensation
  • Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
