As a Senior Client Partner, you'll serve as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor across 1-3 key client accounts. You'll build strong stakeholder relationships, embed yourself in client operations, and identify new opportunities to grow business while ensuring high-quality delivery.


What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships across all levels of client organizations.
  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying expansion areas.
  • Partner with the Head of Sales to craft and execute growth strategies.
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and address delivery escalations with urgency.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client communication.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and deliver insights to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • 6-15 years of experience in account management or client success, ideally in IT services.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce, data engineering, or analytics is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work both strategically and tactically, including on-the-ground relationship building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (especially Salesforce) and a data-driven mindset.
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented, and proactive approach.

  • Revenue growth and profitability of assigned accounts
  • Client satisfaction and retention
  • Timely renewals and new business within existing accounts
