As a Senior Client Partner, you'll serve as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor across 1-3 key client accounts. You'll build strong stakeholder relationships, embed yourself in client operations, and identify new opportunities to grow business while ensuring high-quality delivery.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships across all levels of client organizations.
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying expansion areas.
- Partner with the Head of Sales to craft and execute growth strategies.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and address delivery escalations with urgency.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client communication.
- Monitor account performance metrics and deliver insights to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 6-15 years of experience in account management or client success, ideally in IT services.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce, data engineering, or analytics is a plus.
- Proven ability to work both strategically and tactically, including on-the-ground relationship building.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (especially Salesforce) and a data-driven mindset.
