As a leader in the water industry, we aim to address water challenges through creative technologies and environmentally friendly practices. We are looking for a dedicated water professional to join our team as a Senior Client Manager - Water and contribute to the success of the organization. You will join our established water team in Washington and Oregon and you will report to our water leadership. Our preference is for this position to be based in western Washington. However, we are open to considering candidates outside of Washington who are committed to travel for client connection, mentorship, and team integration. We are looking for an understanding of the water industry, values alignment and successful business development experience. You Will: Promote growth within the water team aligned with our strategy. Help identify and pursue new business opportunities within the water sector with a focus on water/wastewater, treatment and conveyance. Lead strategic partnerships, strengthens existing client relationships, secure new clients and expand our market presence. Bring deep experience with client acquisition, proposal development, securing teaming partners and delivering high-quality work. Provide management and mentorship to project teams. You Have: Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related field. Professional Engineering License. 15+ years of progressive water/wastewater planning, design, and construction experience, and at least 5 years in a business development selling and delivering water/wastewater project work. Experience with water technologies, regulations, and industry trends. Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $180-$220K+. Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually.
