Senior Civil Project Manager - Land Development
Location: Denver, CO Full-Time Hybrid Work Environment

Salary: $100-150k

An industry-leading planning, engineering, and environmental consulting firm is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to join their growing Land Development team in Denver. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead land development projects from concept through construction, including site development, infrastructure, grading, drainage, and utilities.

  • Serve as the primary client contact-managing relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying future opportunities.

  • Oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality control, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

  • Mentor and support junior engineers in technical development and project execution.

  • Coordinate with planners, architects, contractors, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.

  • Assist in business development efforts, including proposal writing, scope development, and client presentations.

  • Participate in the strategic growth of the Denver civil team and broader firm initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado (or ability to obtain).

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development.

  • Proven project management skills, with experience leading both public and private sector projects.

  • Strong technical knowledge in site design, grading, stormwater, utility layout, and permitting.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
