What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow catering revenue across corporate, social, and special event segments.
- Cultivate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and partnership building.
- Serve as the main contact for high-profile clients, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with banquet, culinary, and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution.
- Create and manage contracts, banquet event orders, and planning documents aligned with client expectations.
- Analyze market trends and report performance metrics to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of catering sales or event planning experience, ideally within a luxury hotel or upscale venue.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver client satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. This is the pay range for this position that The Biltmore - Los Angeles reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
