Description The Cyber & Analytics Division within the National Security Sector at Leidos is excited to welcome a qualified Senior Capture Manager who is ready to lead the pursuit of engaging cyber and analytics opportunities. This role provides the unique chance to spearhead critical wins in a rapidly growing sector.
The Senior Capture Manager will take charge of capture leadership for assigned opportunities, playing a vital role in executing our cyber growth strategy. We are looking for someone who thrives in an environment where managing and executing across multiple simultaneous pursuits and proposals is key. A successful candidate will have proven capture management experience and a track record of strategic wins.
We seek individuals with the ability to: envision a winning strategy; develop and execute a detailed capture strategy; adapt their vision as opportunities evolve; and oversee activities through to final proposal submission.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the execution of capture strategies for cyber-related opportunities
- Ensure data integrity and provide ongoing oversight
- Design comprehensive capture strategies involving marketing campaigns, staffing strategies, and technology investments
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
Required Skills and Experience: - Demonstrated experience successfully leading captures in the cyber domain
- Leadership abilities to orchestrate significant capture activities, including win probability assessments and customer engagement
- Proven history in the business capture and proposal process for large-scale government programs
- Capability to secure and win new business opportunities
- Experience in conducting in-depth market research
- Solid understanding of all contract types (non-IDIQ, IDIQ - single or multiple award contracts) and payment formats (e.g., FFP, T&M, cost-plus)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Basic Qualifications: - Typically requires a BA degree and 15+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 13+ years of relevant experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is preferred
