Senior Business Travel Consultant - Required for this family owned travel management company. This is a Monday to Friday role and can be office-based, hybrid or fully remote with a competitive salary dependent on experience.
Senior Business Travel Consultant duties:
- Managing all manner of business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Provide expert travel advice whilst adhering to travel policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and delivering excellent customer service
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and technology to provide the best service possible.
- Handle escalated client queries and issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Senior Business Travel Consultant skills required:
- Previous experience in a Senior Business Travel Consultant role
- Knowledge of Amadeus is preferable but may consider other GDS
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of travel booking tools and platforms
