8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Mon-Fri) Hybrid

Compensation

At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $103,510 - 137,121.60. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.

Join Our Team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst.

A Senior Business Systems Analyst is responsible for evaluating and improving business processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. They work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop solutions that align with organizational goals. Additionally, they ensure the successful implementation and integration of new systems and processes through project management techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design process mapping, requirement gathering, mock-ups, and wireframes to stakeholder's requirements
  • Design and configure Oracle applications to meet advanced business needs
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of Oracle systems
  • Manage collaboration with IT teams and business units to ensure alignment, integration of solutions, and project success
  • Document and create current and future state processes and the underlying systems and applications for medium to high complexity processes as assigned
  • Deliver business requirements and process documentation, and build technical design based on functional requirement
  • Deliver recommendation of software and IT solutions that align with overall systems and business requirements
  • Provide input for program-level strategic roadmaps related to current projects
  • Communicate progress and priorities to leadership and business partners
  • Define standards and design end-user training documentation and assist in training as needed
  • Facilitate Agile/Iterative practices within projects, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and delivery
  • Manage medium to large projects end-to-end facilitating development, deployment, test and close to support the requirements and expectations set with the relevant stakeholders
What you'll Need To Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Oracle E-Business Suite Essentials certifications or comparable
  • 5-7 years of experience in business analyst, leadership, or project management roles within IT or functional business areas
  • Experience incorporating master data management practices in design preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Demonstrated experience mapping medium to high complex business processes
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle applications and modules or similar ERP technologies
  • Able to leverage best practices for partnering with stakeholders to define requirements of the business processes and translate them into technical specifications
  • Experience with project management tools such as Azure Devops, Microsoft Project, or other similar tools
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma for process mapping, wireframes, and mock-ups
Preferred
  • CCBA, CSBA
  • PMI-PBA or PMP
  • SCRUM Master
  • Willingness to travel as needed for team member discussions and business partnerships
  • Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and other Oracle-related technologies.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
