Position Responsibilities:
  • Drives data-driven decision-making, leverages expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization to provide actionable insights that support strategic business goals for the company
  • Develop comprehensive BI project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements and perform complex data analysis, identify trends, and create sophisticated data models using Snowflake
  • Translate business requirements into complex data models that support business needs and deliver BI solutions
  • Design and develop visually compelling and interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that convey complex data insights in an understandable manner
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation within Snowflake and ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing data validation and cleansing processes as well as address data discrepancies and anomalies promptly
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems etc. with 3 to 5 plus years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 plus years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's degree
  • Knowledge of multiple development methodologies i.e., Agile.
  • Familiarity with SAP FICO, SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Integration best practices
  • Power BI experience including Snowflake, SQL, Data Set creation and DAX
  • Strong understanding of Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing concepts/tools, i.e., Azure, etc.
  • Knowledge of ETL and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, data ingestion and modeling concepts
  • Experience with Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Science tools
