Position Overview We are seeking talented business development professionals who excel in securing high-value deals. Ideal candidates will have substantial expertise in one or more of our primary sectors (Education, Military, Commercial, or AgTech) or demonstrate versatility in closing deals across various markets. MUST HAVE Familiarity and technical knowledge of and with autonomous vehicle technology and mobility solutions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and enhance company's market presence.
- Identify, approach, and secure significant business opportunities from initial contact through to contract completion.
- Develop and sustain valuable relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, clients, and strategic partners.
- Represent company at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, product development, and executive teams to ensure company objectives are met.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to uncover new business opportunities.
- Drive substantial revenue growth, directly impacting your earning potential.
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in high-level business development, preferably in mobility, defense, autonomous systems, AgTech, or commercial technology solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing multi-million-dollar deals.
- Extensive industry connections and the ability to leverage relationships for growth.
- Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and deal-closing skills.
- Experience working with C-suite executives and decision-makers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve results.
- Familiarity with autonomous vehicle technology, robotics, AI, or mobility solutions (preferred but not required).
