About the Role:
As Business Development Senior Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving new client acquisition and growing digital project volume across North America. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you'll focus on selling full-scope digital transformation services - from strategy and design to development, cloud, and data solutions - while partnering closely with global delivery and cross-functional teams. This is a high-impact role with executive visibility and the chance to influence go-to-market efforts in a growing region.
Responsibilities What You Can Expect:
- Expand the customer base by selling core service areas (e.g. product design, software development, cloud & IT security, data & AI).
- Independently identify new customer segments and generate qualified leads.
- Together with our team, you will define and execute strategic sales goals and ensure a continuous flow of orders.
- Prepare for client meetings and impress with strong technical presentations.
- Together with our engineers, you evaluate technical specifications.
- Lead and coordinate proposal processes across departments; support contract negotiations.
Requirements What You Bring Along:
- 5-8 years of experience selling technical engineering solutions to enterprise clients across multiple industries.
- Strong understanding of complex digital development services and solution selling.
- Proven ability to work independently and drive mid-to-large scale custom solution deals to close.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Based in the DC metro area, with the ability to work hybrid from Reston, VA, and travel as needed.
- Fluent in English.
