Title Senior Business Consultant (SME) Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Description RiVidium Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Consultant SME to lead and support enterprise-level initiatives focused on business transformation, organizational change, and performance improvement. This role requires deep subject matter expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong track record of delivering results in complex environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic guidance and subject matter expertise across multiple high-impact projects involving change management, business process development, re-engineering, and performance measurement. Lead the planning and execution of complex initiatives, ensuring completion within defined timelines and resource constraints. Support the development and implementation of business architecture frameworks and continuous process improvement strategies. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering insights rooted in military law, military history, human resources processes, or enterprise-level business systems.Success Factors / Required Skills: Demonstrated expertise and deep knowledge in one or more of the following areas: military law, military history, human resources processes, or business architecture. Proven ability to lead large, complex projects with competing priorities. Extensive experience applying change management and continuous process improvement methodologies. Outstanding analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience working with or within the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) is required.Qualifications: Master's degree in Business, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in consulting, strategic planning, or related leadership roles.
