Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 month contract, potential for conversion
Compensation: $45-$50/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Skillset / Experience: Our direct client has recently established a department to oversee the IT portions of Merger and Acquisition activities and is hiring 2 Senior Business Analysts. This role will work with Information Technology, Mergers & Acquisitions staff, and various business partners to provide business analysis expertise throughout the M&A process from due diligence to the end of Integration.
Examples of this work include: - Working with IT Teams to develop appropriate Due Diligence questions and data needs
- Converting Deal Thesis, Pro Formas, Due Diligence findings, Legal findings and other related M&A documents and activities into Business and Technical requirements documentation
- Working under the direction of an M&A IT Project Manager to assist IT workstreams in defining and right sizing IT project scope and work definitions
- Facilitating Business Requirements discovery, refinement, and documentation sessions with IT and Business Partner staff
A background and or understanding of the Mergers and Acquisitions process is desired, but not required.
